| Responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled tasks involved in the maintenance and repair of ventilation, heating and air conditioning units relating to all buildings. CFC certified and previous experience with large apartment complex or similar commercial physical plant experience required. Refrigeration and appliance knowledge preferred. |

Front Desk/Member Services (PT) for Duke Center for Living
(10-15 hours/week early morning (starting at 5am) and one weekend/month) |
| Well-organized, multi-tasker who enjoys working with the public. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to greeting & checking in members, answering phones, handling customer service issues, pro-shop sales/register, advising & touring prospective members. Superior customer service a must. |

| Administrative Assistant - Duke Center for Living |
| Perform general office work to assist with clerical activities, communications & record maintenance. Responsible for organizing supplies, reporting and coordinating the timely repair of office equipment, maintaining and printing facility communication. Provides support to the Member Services Coordinator in assisting with member process (tours, enrollment, renewals), performs Front Desk duties when scheduled and/or needed. Assists Facility Director with accounts payable and record keeping. Ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, excellent communication customer service skills, computer skills (including Excel and Publisher) and record keeping and accounting a plus. |

| Seeking helpful, friendly individuals to assist residents in their home with such tasks as shopping, housekeeping, laundry, reminders for appointments, dog walking, cat care, preparing meals, accompany to doctors appointments, etc. Must be caring, dependable and love working with senior citizens. Applicants must be able to walk throughout a large retirement community. |
